Workflow

1) Intake

Select project model(s) and reference standards (template, CSV rules, or PDF handbook). Optionally choose discipline/profile (Arch/MEP/Structural).

2) Baseline Scan

Inventory families, types, parameters, sheets, views, view templates, object styles, line patterns, browser org, warnings.

3) Ruleset Mapping

Map firm-wide rules (naming patterns, required parameters, allowed values, style catalogs) and project overrides by market or client.

4) Conformance Checks

Validate against rules: missing/incorrect parameters, off-standard names, rogue styles, unapproved content, keynoting conflicts, sheet anomalies.

5) Auto-Fix Proposals

Suggest safe batch actions: rename to pattern, add/rename parameters, re-assign view templates, swap styles, purge, move to correct browser location.

6) Apply & Log

Execute selected fixes with undo log; generate a signed change report (CSV/PDF) and optionally sync issues/comments to ACC.
