3) Requirement Extraction

Extract submittals, product criteria, execution steps, QA/testing, warranties; create a requirements database with citations.

4) Cross-Reference

Link keynotes, drawings, and schedules back to the governing spec clauses; detect conflicts or missing references.

5) Queries & Checks

Answer compliance questions with cited snippets; run rule-based checks for conflicts and incomplete requirements.

6) Output & Sync
