Workflow

1) Intake

Select baseline and revised RVT/IFC (or dated snapshots); attach bulletin/addendum PDFs and any change log notes.

2) Delta Detection

Compute adds/removes/edits at element/type/category levels; detect parameter changes (size, spec, material, phase).

3) Propagation Mapping

Trace impacts to sheets/views, schedules, keynotes, quantities, and dependent assemblies; identify affected rooms/zones.

4) Quantification

Produce QTO deltas by CSI/UniFormat; roll up by discipline, zone, and phase; estimate cost and time impacts (ranges).

5) Risk & Communication

Group by risk (constructability, procurement, schedule); draft RFIs/submittal updates and coordination tasks.

6) Output & Sync

Publish an impact report (PDF/Excel), annotate affected sheets/views, and sync issues/cost items to ACC.
