Workflow

1) Intake

Load RVT/IFC model(s), baseline schedule (P6/MSP), and site logistics drawings; define zones and phase breakpoints.

2) WBS & Mapping

Normalize codes and map model elements to WBS activities; flag missing data and create mapping rules.

3) Sequence Build

Generate time-phased install sequences by zone/trade; compute dependencies and resource overlaps.

4) Checks & Constraints

Detect access/egress conflicts, laydown shortages, crane interferences, and permitting or long-lead constraints.

5) Visualize & Review

Create 4D animations and saved viewpoints; run look-ahead reviews with stakeholders and capture comments.

6) Output & Sync

Export animations and snapshots; sync activity issues and changes to ACC/Timeliner; archive variance report.
