Use Cases

Clearance & Access

Verify code/service clearances, maintenance access zones, door swings, equipment removal paths, and lift/rigging envelopes.

Penetrations & Sleeves

Identify penetrations through rated assemblies, slab/beam conflicts, missing sleeves, and embed interference before pour.

Sequence & Temporary Works

Detect install order constraints, prefabrication breaks, crane pick feasibility, scaffolding/MEWP access, and laydown needs.

Tolerances & Means/Methods

Check dimensional tolerances and constructible details; flag unbuildable geometry and propose practical alternates.

Workflow

1) Intake

Connect Revit/IFC/NWC models and (optionally) site logistics plans, crane paths, and spec sections or install manuals.

2) Baseline & Context

Build a scene graph of architectural/structural/MEP elements, rated assemblies, equipment footprints, and access zones.

3) Rule Packs

Apply discipline + client rule packs: clearances, penetrations, embed windows, hoist routes, egress, tolerances, and temporary works.

4) Detection & Prioritization

Cluster related issues, rank by install risk/critical path, and tag root causes (routing, sizing, sequence, detail).

5) Propose Fixes

Suggest reroutes, sleeve sizes/locations, detail swaps, sequence notes, and staging tweaks with affected views/sheets.

6) Output & Sync

Create a constructability report (PDF/CSV), generate markup views/saved viewpoints, and sync issues back to ACC/Navisworks.
