Use Cases

Jurisdiction Matrix

Compile required permits by authority (building, fire, health, environmental), fees, forms, and submittal methods.

Intake Readiness

Check sheet naming, stamps, index, codes referenced, and required narratives; validate PDF/A and layer settings.

Zoning & Code Lookups

Pull zoning data (use, FAR, height), applicable building codes, and referenced standards with citations and links.

Comment Tracking

Parse plan check comments, assign owners/due dates, propose responses, and track resubmittals to closure.

Workflow

1) Intake

Upload plan set (PDF/RVT) and project details (site address/APN); specify jurisdiction(s) and project type.

2) Jurisdiction & Code Map

Identify AHJs, current code cycles, local amendments, zoning overlays, and required permits/forms/fees.

3) Intake Readiness Check

Validate required sheets, titleblock fields, sheet index, code narratives, file properties, and stamping requirements.

4) Package Build

Assemble application forms, attachments, sheet sets, and naming tokens; generate cover letters and checklists.

5) Plan Check Responses

Parse reviewer comments, cite applicable code sections, draft responses, and create a resubmittal delta log.

6) Submit & Track

Publish a permit matrix & timeline; sync tasks/issues to ACC/Bluebeam; log submittal/resubmittal events and approvals.
