Sheet Set Completeness

Verify required sheets by discipline, titleblock fields (project info, revision, issue purpose), and browser organization.

Workflow

1) Intake

Select the target model and sheet set; load firm QA checklist (CSV) and any client-specific requirements.

2) Model & Sheet Scan

Index views/sheets, titleblock params, view templates, annotations, keynotes, legends, and export settings.

3) Rules Application

Apply discipline/client rules for completeness, graphics, data fields, scales, naming, and keynote/spec alignment.

4) Findings & Grouping

Cluster issues by sheet/view/category (e.g., tags, dimensions, titleblock, export) and prioritize by issue severity.

5) Auto-Fix & Guidance

Offer safe auto-fixes (apply view templates, fill titleblock fields, purge unused keys) plus step-by-step manual guidance.

6) Output & Handoff

Generate redlined PDFs, CSV issue logs, and sync issues to ACC/Bluebeam; archive a QA sign-off report.
